Eastpoint is a quiet, unpretentious fishing town of about 3,000 residents along the shores of Apalachicola Bay. Located on Florida's Forgotten Coast, it remains a genuine working waterfront filled with local seafood houses, boat ramps, and roadside oyster shacks. Highway 98 runs right through town, offering open bay views and simple connections to Carrabelle and Apalachicola. It also serves as the mainland gateway to St. George Island, with the bridge leading directly from town to miles of white sand beaches.
