Elberta is a southern Baldwin County town situated in the Daphne-Fairhope-Foley metropolitan area of Alabama. The community is home to the Baldwin County Heritage Museum, which showcases the agricultural and cultural history of the region. The town is widely known for hosting the biannual Elberta German Sausage Festival, a popular tradition started in the mid-1970s to support the local volunteer fire department.
