About Elkins
Elkins is a city and the county seat of Randolph County, West Virginia, situated along the Tygart Valley River. Incorporated in 1890 and named for co-founder Senator Stephen B. Elkins, the community of approximately 6,811 is home to Davis and Elkins College and is served by the Randolph County Schools district for public education.
