Elmwood Place, OH

Elmwood Place is a small Hamilton County village tucked into the Mill Creek Valley just north of Cincinnati. It was laid out in 1875 and grew chiefly through German Catholic settlement, a history that sets it apart from the larger city wrapped around it. The boundary is the story here: Cincinnati surrounds nearly all of the village, with only a small portion touching neighboring St. Bernard.
