Emerald Isle, NC

Emerald Isle is a town in Carteret County, North Carolina, situated at the western end of Bogue Banks, a barrier island on the Crystal Coast. Located entirely on the island, the town of approximately 3,900 features oceanfront homes, duplexes, and condominiums along the Atlantic Ocean, with Bogue Sound separating it from mainland North Carolina to the north. The area is known for its community atmosphere and excellent fishing.
