Emma, MO

Emma is a quiet, close-knit rural community located right along Interstate 70, about an hour east of Kansas City. The town straddles the border between Lafayette and Saline counties, which creates a unique setup for families: depending on which side of town you live on, kids attend either the Concordia or Sweet Springs school district. It is a peaceful place where neighbors know one another and wide-open farmland stretches out in every direction.

During the winter, the town gets a regular boost of energy from the Emma Indoor Raceway, located right off Exit 62. The indoor dirt track brings in racers and spectators from across the region for weekend kart, quad, and motorcycle events.
