Englishtown is a borough in western Monmouth County, New Jersey, situated within the Raritan Valley. Named for settler James English and entirely surrounded by Manalapan Township, the historic community of approximately 1,989 is served by the Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District and the Freehold Regional High School District for public education for local students.
