Erwin, NC

Erwin is a quiet, tight-knit community in Harnett County, tucked along the banks of the Cape Fear River. Home to around 5,000 residents, it offers a relaxed pace of life with deep local roots. Once known across the region as the Denim Capital of the World for its historic textile mill, the town still carries plenty of classic Carolina charm. Today, newcomers find welcoming neighborhoods, a historic downtown area, and great outdoor recreation, including riverside parks and the popular Dunn-Erwin Rail Trail for walking and biking.
