Exeter is a quiet, close-knit borough of around 5,500 residents tucked along the Susquehanna River in northeastern Pennsylvania. Located between West Pittston and Wyoming, it offers a peaceful residential setting right in the heart of the Wyoming Valley. Most neighborhoods feature modest single-family homes, walkable side streets, and easy access to Route 11, which connects you directly to the rest of the metro area.
