Fair Oaks Ranch, TX

Fair Oaks Ranch is a Hill Country city northwest of San Antonio, spread across parts of Bexar, Comal, and Kendall counties. It sits along Cibolo Creek between San Antonio and Boerne, with much of the city served by Boerne Independent School District. The community grew from ranch land associated with cattle and racehorses, and it still carries a spacious, residential feel. Fair Oaks Ranch is suburban, but its setting gives it more open Hill Country character than a typical San Antonio edge community.
