Fairview, KY (CDP)

Fairview is a tiny, quiet rural community straddling the border of Christian and Todd counties in western Kentucky. Home to fewer than 300 people, it offers a peaceful country setting surrounded by rolling farmland. The area is most recognized for the Jefferson Davis State Historic Site, featuring a 351-foot obelisk monument that stands out prominently against the open landscape.

Positioned directly along U.S. Route 68, Fairview sits roughly ten miles east of Hopkinsville and nine miles west of Elkton. While locals head into Hopkinsville for major shopping, dining, and healthcare, Fairview itself is all about simple country living, wide-open spaces, and easy access to Todd County's well-known farm stands and markets.
