Falling Waters is an unincorporated census-designated place in Berkeley County, West Virginia, situated along the Potomac River north of Martinsburg. Established in 1815 along the historic Williamsport Pike opposite Maryland, the residential riverfront community of approximately 2,183 has its public K-12 education administered by Berkeley County Schools for local students today.
