Falmouth is a quiet riverside community tucked into the northwestern tip of Lancaster County, right where Conewago Creek flows into the Susquehanna River. Sitting right on the border with Dauphin County, the area offers scenic water views, peaceful backroads, and a relaxed, rural pace. It offers plenty of open space while staying convenient to neighboring communities across both counties.
