Fayetteville, OH

Tucked along a bend of the East Fork Little Miami River in northern Brown County, Fayetteville is a peaceful rural village with a population of around 300 residents. Founded in 1818 by Irish immigrant Cornelius McGroarty, the community got its start as a lively trading stop for travelers traveling through southwest Ohio. Today, that history gives the village a compact, traditional downtown core where neighbors know one another and life moves at an unhurried pace.
