Flanders, NJ

Flanders is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Mount Olive Township, in southwestern Morris County. It sits near the South Branch of the Raritan River and borders the Roxbury Township communities of Ledgewood and Succasunna. Flanders is not a separate municipality, but it has a recognizable local identity within Mount Olive, with schools, neighborhoods, shopping, and commuter roads connecting it to the broader western Morris County landscape. It feels suburban, but with older crossroads and river-valley roots still visible.
