About Fostoria

Fostoria is a city situated at the intersection of Hancock, Seneca, and Wood counties in northwestern Ohio. Created in 1854 through the merger of Rome and Risdon and famous for its active rail hub where approximately one hundred trains pass daily, the community of approximately 12,344 is served by the Fostoria City School District.
