About Franklin

Franklin is a city in Warren County, Ohio, situated along the Great Miami River northeast of Cincinnati. The community of approximately 11,712 grew rapidly in the nineteenth century as a canal port along the river, preserving its heritage at landmarks like the historic Franklin Post Office and the Mackinaw Historic District. Public education is served by the Franklin City School District.
