About Frankton
Frankton is a Madison County town laid out in 1853 and incorporated in 1871, with Pipe Creek crossing its northern side on the way to the White River. State Road 128 runs through the center, linking the town with State Roads 9 and 13. The annual Heritage Days Festival has been a fall fixture since 1975, bringing a parade, car show, tractor pulls, vendors, and live entertainment. Frankton is north Madison County with a creek through the map and a festival that fills the calendar each September.
