Fredericksburg is a Wayne County village in Salt Creek Township, laid out by Jacob Frederick in 1824. The 2020 census counted 409 people in 145 households. Its main local story is unusually tangible: Mrs. Miller's Homemade Noodles makes pasta, jams, and jellies for distribution beyond Ohio, while Robin Industries produces rubber and plastic parts for the auto industry.
