About Freemansburg

Freemansburg is a borough in Northampton County, Pennsylvania, situated along the Lehigh River within the Lehigh Valley. First settled by the Bachman family in the 1760s, whose historic stone tavern still stands on the western edge of the town, the residential community of approximately 2,894 is served by the Bethlehem Area School District locally.
