Frisco is a home rule town in Summit County, Colorado, situated along the shores of Dillon Reservoir in the Rocky Mountains. Founded in 1873 and incorporated in 1880 amid the Colorado Silver Boom, the community of approximately 2,800 lies within close proximity of four major ski resorts: Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin. Frisco serves as a year-round mountain recreation hub within the Breckenridge micropolitan area.
