About Fullerton

Fullerton is a census-designated place in Lehigh County, directly north of Allentown and near the Lehigh River. Originally known as Ferndale, the community developed on land settled by early families including Giles Windsor, Stephen Snyder, and Jacob Fullerton. Today Fullerton is a dense residential suburb with older homes, commercial strips, schools, and immediate access to Allentown's jobs and services. It feels more like a close-in neighborhood extension of the Lehigh Valley's largest city than a separate small town.
