Gateway, AR

Gateway is a quiet rural town tucked into northeastern Benton County, right against the Missouri border along U.S. Highway 62. Home to around 300 residents, it offers a peaceful, laid-back setting among the rolling hills of the Ozark plateau. The community originally took shape as a travel stop along the old Ozark Trail and earned its name in the 1930s from a roadside arch welcoming travelers as the "Gateway to Eureka Springs." Today, it remains a convenient crossroads that combines small-town privacy with easy connections across the region.

Life in Gateway revolves around wide-open spaces and easy access to the outdoors. Beaver Lake and the White River valley sit just down the road, putting boating, fishing, and scenic hiking trails right at your doorstep.
