About Gladstone

Gladstone is a small Clackamas County city south of Portland, near Oregon City and the Clackamas and Willamette river area. The Lewis and Clark expedition passed near the broader Oregon City locality, and the region's river geography has always mattered. Today Gladstone is mostly residential, with Max Patterson Memorial City Park hosting the annual Gladstone Community Festival. It feels like an older Portland-area suburb: compact, nearby, and close to river corridors, schools, parks, and the historic center of Oregon City.
