Glenn Dale, MD

Glenn Dale is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Prince George's County, east of Greenbelt and north of Lanham. It is served by Prince George's County Public Schools and sits within the Washington, D.C. suburban orbit, but it has more open land and older institutional history than some nearby communities. The former Glenn Dale Hospital is one of the area's best-known landmarks, even in disuse. Glenn Dale feels like a quieter Maryland suburb, with residential neighborhoods, wooded parcels, and commuter access close together.
