Goodsprings, NV

Goodsprings is a quiet desert community tucked into southern Clark County, roughly 35 miles southwest of the Las Vegas Strip. Home to fewer than two hundred residents, the town got its start as an early 1900s mining hub and has held onto its Old West character ever since. The heart of the area centers on a handful of long-standing landmarks, most notably the 1913 Pioneer Saloon, which still draws visitors for barbecue, live music, and local history. A historic schoolhouse, a small community center, and a cozy branch library round out the local neighborhood.
