Greenhills, OH

Greenhills is a quiet, tight-knit village of around 3,700 residents located roughly 20 minutes north of downtown Cincinnati. Built during the 1930s as one of three New Deal Greenbelt communities in the country, the village was intentionally designed around shared parks, pedestrian pathways, and a ring of protected forest. Today, the historic district retains its distinctive mid-century character and sits right alongside Winton Woods, giving locals easy access to miles of nature trails, a golf course, and a reservoir.

Daily life centers around a walkable layout where the community pool, local library branch, and village commons are within an easy stroll of most homes. Students are served by the Winton Woods City School District, and the compact neighborhood makes it simple for families to stay connected. When you need to venture out, Winton Road cuts straight through town, providing a quick commute into Cincinnati or a short drive north to Fairfield for larger grocery stores, shopping centers, and dining options.
