Harper, OR

Tucked into the Malheur River valley in eastern Oregon's high desert, Harper is a tiny, quiet community of around a hundred residents. It sits along U.S. Route 20, roughly 25 miles west of Vale and about 90 miles east of Burns. Life here moves at an easy pace, framed by rugged bluffs, green irrigated pastures, and endless desert skies.
