About Harrisville

Harrisville is a historic village and census-designated place in the town of Burrillville, Providence County, Rhode Island. Named for nineteenth-century industrialist Andrew Harris and previously called Rhodesville, much of the community is preserved in a historic district and is served by the Burrillville School Department for public education locally.
