Highland Hills, OH

Highland Hills is a small Cuyahoga County village built into Greater Cleveland's southeast side. It became a political subdivision in 1990, and the 2020 census counted 662 residents. Interstate 271 runs near the village, with I-480 nearby; downtown Cleveland is about 11 miles away and Akron about 30. For a village of this size, the surrounding map carries several regional destinations: Cuyahoga Community College's Eastern Campus, Ahuja Medical Center, the Metropolitan Plaza business center, and Highland Park Golf Course all sit alongside residential streets.

Highland Hills shares its school district with Warrensville Heights and North Randall.
