Hoffman Lake, IN

Hoffman Lake wraps around the natural lake that gives this Kosciusko County census-designated place its name. U.S. Route 30 forms the southern edge, placing the community about eight miles west of Warsaw and eighteen miles southeast of Plymouth. Robinson Ditch carries water from the lake toward the Tippecanoe River and the wider Wabash watershed; Atwood lies across the highway to the southeast. The small settlement's map is organized around the lake, the highway along its southern side, the drainage channel leading away, and two regional towns that set the scale for the surrounding area.
