About Holbrook

Holbrook is a South Shore Massachusetts town, first settled by Europeans in 1710 as the southern part of Old Braintree and later incorporated on February 29. It borders Braintree, Weymouth, Abington, Brockton, Randolph, and Avon, placing it in a dense suburban part of Norfolk County. The Cochato River is one local geographic feature, and the town's two schools share a single complex. Holbrook feels residential, compact, and closely tied to the older town network south of Boston.
