Holly Hill is a city in Volusia County, Florida, situated on the western bank of the Halifax River. Unlike neighboring Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach, the city's limits of approximately 13,100 lie entirely on the Florida mainland and do not extend to the barrier islands. Incorporated in 1901, the community is zoned within the Volusia County Schools district and offers residents riverfront parks and local industries.
