Hopewell, NJ

Hopewell Borough is a historic community of around 1,900 residents in Mercer County, completely surrounded by the open countryside of Hopewell Township. The borough has a classic small-town feel, with walkable, tree-lined streets and well-kept Victorian and Colonial homes. The surrounding township provides quiet farmland and nature trails, while the borough itself offers a neighborly setting that sits just a short drive from Princeton and the Delaware River.

At the center of town, Broad Street and Greenwood Avenue feature independent cafes, bakeries, and favorite local restaurants that draw residents together on weekends. Children in the borough can walk to Hopewell Elementary right in town, later attending the highly rated regional middle and high schools nearby.
