Houlton, ME

Set along the banks of the Meduxnekeag River right at the Canadian border, Houlton serves as the historic county seat of Aroostook County. With around 5,000 residents, it marks the northern terminus of Interstate 95 and offers a classic small-town feel surrounded by northern Maine's open farmland and quiet forests.
