Howe, TX

Howe is a small, easygoing town in Grayson County, sitting right along U.S. 75 about ten miles south of Sherman. Originally founded as a railroad stop called Summit, it has grown into a quiet community of around 3,500 people. Living here gives you a relaxed setting surrounded by open North Texas farmland, along with a straightforward commute whether you are heading north to Sherman and Denison or south toward McKinney and the northern Dallas suburbs.
