About Huber Heights

Huber Heights is a city in Montgomery and Miami counties, northeast of Dayton. Its origins trace back to old Wayne Township, which was settled in the early to mid-1800s, but its modern identity is strongly suburban. The city's location near the intersection of I-70 and I-75 has made it useful for trucking, logistics, and regional commuting. Two public school districts serve the community, and much of Huber Heights has the practical feel of a postwar Dayton-area suburb built around homes, highways, and access.
