Huntington sits right along the Snake River in eastern Oregon, looking across the water into Idaho with quick access to Interstate 84. Home to around 500 residents, the community began in the 1800s as a stagecoach stop and busy railroad hub. Today, life moves at a much calmer, unhurried pace.
