Hurlburt Field, FL

Hurlburt Field sits directly west of Mary Esther in Okaloosa County, along Florida’s scenic Emerald Coast. Originally established as an auxiliary field for nearby Eglin, it has grown into a prominent installation known as the home of the Air Force Air Commandos. As the headquarters for Air Force Special Operations Command and the 1st Special Operations Wing, the base plays a central role in specialized aviation and tactical training.
