Hybla Valley, VA

Hybla Valley is a Fairfax County census-designated community south of Alexandria, near the Mount Vernon area. It is bordered by Fort Hunt, Mount Vernon, Woodlawn, and Groveton, placing it in a dense suburban corridor close to the Potomac River. Nearby Huntley Meadows Park and Paul Springs Valley Stream Park give the area important green space. The community's older landscape includes ties to the Mason family's Hollin Hall plantation, while today's Hybla Valley is largely residential and served by Fairfax County Public Schools.
