Ingleside on the Bay, TX

Ingleside on the Bay is a San Patricio County city on the north shore of Corpus Christi Bay, separated from neighboring Ingleside by the La Quinta Channel. The community started as Old Ingleside, became a land-development project in 1958, and incorporated by popular vote in 1991. The bay is the whole point of the name here: water on two sides, waterfront homes, and Corpus Christi across the broader bay view. Ingleside on the Bay is the Texas coast in a compact, salt-air shape, with its own city hall and its own small corner of the shoreline.
