Inverness, CA

Inverness Park is a small unincorporated community in Marin County, California, situated on the Point Reyes Peninsula between the communities of Point Reyes Station and Inverness. Development began in 1909 with a population that included many Portuguese and Italian immigrants who farmed the land. The community of approximately 1,300 uses the Point Reyes Station post office and is counted statistically as part of the Inverness census-designated place.
