Ithaca sits in the heart of Michigan's Lower Peninsula, serving as the welcoming seat of Gratiot County. Home to fewer than 3,000 residents, it has a relaxed, small-town rhythm where everyday spots are easy to reach and neighbors look out for one another. You will often find locals walking trails at Woodland Park, visiting the community dog park, or heading over to McNabb Park for youth soccer on the weekends.

Gratiot County Courthouse

Because it serves as the county hub, Ithaca has a few extra conveniences going for it. The fairgrounds bring the community together each summer for the annual youth agricultural expo, and the local school district keeps classrooms and athletic fields centrally located. US-127 runs right along the edge of town, making it an easy drive north toward Alma and Mount Pleasant or south toward Lansing.
