About Kaser
Kaser is a small village in the town of Ramapo in Rockland County, located along NY 306. It was established in 1990 by members of the Viznitz Hasidic community who wanted denser housing that fit their way of life. That origin still defines Kaser more than geography or amenities do: it is a compact, intensely community-oriented village within the larger Monsey and Spring Valley area, shaped by religious life, large families, and the need to make limited land work hard.
