Kenvil is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Roxbury Township, Morris County, New Jersey. Formerly called McCainsville and historically notable as the site of the nation's second dynamite plant established in 1872 by the Atlantic Giant Powder Company, the residential neighborhood of approximately 1,722 at the 2020 census is served by the Roxbury Township Public Schools.
