Key Largo, FL

Key Largo is the first major community many people reach in the upper Florida Keys, set on the island of Key Largo in Monroe County. It is known for John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, dive shops, snorkel trips, marinas, and the easy rhythm of the Overseas Highway. The community shares the island with North Key Largo and Tavernier, and daily life mixes tourism with schools, fishing, boating, and mainland access back toward South Florida.
