Kilbourne is a village in West Carroll Parish, Louisiana, United States. The 2020 census counted 351 residents. Not much is known about Kilbourne's early history, but it is believed that the community arose with the establishment of West Carroll Parish in 1877. Kilbourne was incorporated as a village in 1954.
