King City, OR

King City is a quiet, compact community in Washington County, located just southwest of Portland along Highway 99W. Home to around 5,200 residents, the city got its start in the 1960s as a planned active-adult neighborhood, a heritage you can still spot in royal street names like Queen Elizabeth and King James. Over the years, the area has grown while keeping a relaxed, friendly pace that makes it easy to feel at home.
