Kipnuk is a census-designated place in the Bethel Census Area, Alaska, situated on a bend of the Kugkaktlik River near Kuskokwim Bay. Home to approximately seven hundred residents, this coastal community consists primarily of Yup'ik speaking Native Alaskans and is served by the Kipnuk Airport. Public education is provided by the Chief Paul Memorial School within the Lower Kuskokwim School District.
