About La Follette

La Follette is a city in Campbell County, Tennessee, situated in Powell Valley south of Cumberland Mountain. Founded in 1890 by Harvey and Grant LaFollette to establish a coal and iron rail company near Norris Lake, the mountain community of approximately 7,273 is served by the Campbell County School District for public education for students.
